Schedule video interviews to maintain social distance 📹
Social distancing rules have been in full swing for a while now. Employees who perform non-essential services have to work from home, human resource professionals included. In that regard, hiring managers need to utilize video or phone interviews instead of the traditional in-person ones. And we hear you - you can now easily drop in links and instructions to schedule an interview remotely and safely.
Bug fixes and performance improvements 🚄
This April, we've taken the time to update our internal product development process, including more checkpoints prior to release, and taking speed and performance more into consideration. This will help minimize bugs and improve the overall experience going forward.
