Over the past few months, we've received various product feedback from our clients. Some were looking for a quick oversight into their hiring process, others wanted to reach out to more applicants, and some were asking for better SMS infrastructure. So here's what we built!
1. Personal Dashboard
Ta-da! There’s a new dashboard for your Workstream, where at a glance you can see your interview schedules, to-do items, and hiring summary. Our goal is to give you a more customized interface to suit your needs, right at your fingertips. We will be continuously enhancing this feature in the coming weeks.
2. Post Your Job to Monster.com
We just launched our newest free job board, Monster.com! You can now post your positions seamlessly to Monster for free, and if you do want to sponsor the posting, that’s coming in the next month.
3. Get All Your SMS Delivered
We’ve upgraded our SMS infrastructure to use a short code (31063), instead of a normal phone number, when you send text messages to applicants. This will prevent your message from occasionally being filtered out by phone carriers (learn more). It will be rolled out over the next few weeks to all.
