Founded in May of 1989, owner Victor Borcherds opened Seven Peaks' first water park in Utah, with hopes of it becoming "Entertainment Utah Country". Victor wanted to give people a first-class recreational facility at a very reasonable price, that is also catered for all ages.
Seven Peaks Waterpark is the iconic 17-acre park that has more than 15 water attractions including five drop slides and a 500,000-gallon wave pool. As the largest waterpark in the States, Seven Peaks continuously strives to deliver the best service to their customers.
As Seven Peaks grew, they needed to hire more to sustain their operations and efficiency. From lifeguards to Park Managers, Seven Peaks were getting more applicants everyday, but were unable to manage them effectively.
