Q4 2025 Investor Update: Progress Across Key Workstreams

We closed out Q4 with strong execution, booking over $1.2M in new revenue and successfully implementing 100+ new payroll customers. In parallel, we sharpened our H1 2026 OKRs to ensure resources and key initiatives are tightly aligned against our highest-impact growth and product priorities:

Deliver an AI-first Hiring, HR and Payroll platform for multi-location restaurants (200-5,000 employees) with delightful product and customer experience, that is easy and compliant.

Here are some recent business highlights:

  • We have significantly grown from $200K ARR for Payroll AIO in Jan '24 to $2.8M ARR in Jan '26 (24 months)
  • The market response to our new products has been nothing short of electric! Voice AI, Talent Network, Ben Admin, and Compliance Shield are generating significant buzz and gaining traction at an accelerated pace.
  • Launched VideoAI to beta customers with rapid adoption — now active in 150+ locations and growing quickly.

 Payroll ARR growth for Workstream  

Here are more updates from Q4
  1. Our Voice AI technology acts as an extra member of the hiring team and facilitates the hiring process for everyone involved
    1. Voice AI achieved 50% QoQ growth since launching in Q2 2025, reaching over 100 customers across 2,000 locations and automating 250k+ minutes of screening for 81k candidates.
    2. Our scalable PLG engine now drives >75% of new acquisitions, complemented by the successful launch of VideoAI beta which is already live in >150 locations.
    3. The technology has consistently reduced interview no-shows rates up to 75% while increasing transition rates by 20%, proving our ability to filter for high-quality talent while maintaining a 30% reduction in time-to-hire.
  2. Talent Network and Talent Community represents the next wave of our new AI-enhanced products for our hiring suite that further increases the value proposition of our AIO platform
    1. Since its launch in Q3 2025, Talent Network has continued to deliver superior applicant quality, with candidates 30% more likely to attend interviews and achieving a 50–60% faster time-to-hire compared to traditional job boards.
    2. Talent Community launched in Q4 and has already experienced exponential growth, adding 137,000 new seeker signups this quarter and bringing the total to approximately 190,000 unique seeker profiles and nearly 30 million worker profiles across the ecosystem.
  3. Ben Admin and Compliance Shield products strengthen our AIO proposition
    1. Reached $310K in Benefits Admin ARR, reflecting strong early-market demand with over 85% close rate in the first 9 months of initial launch
    2. Expanded to 14 active customers, up 75% since last quarter, with a strong implementation pipeline of 23 more into H1 2026
    3. 270+ employees are actively enrolling and managing benefits through our system, up 120% from last quarter

We also had a great Philippines offsite with our customer support, success and operations teams in Manila! It was an incredible offsite where 75 streamers came together, built strong trust and camaraderie!

We also worked US PST hours, as myself and our US colleagues, including Lei Xu and Jamie Dyra who joined worked through the evening/night from 11pm to 8am – exciting experience that you all should try soon.

Quarterly Metrics

As of Q4 2025, customers on Payroll AIO product suite delivered approximately 131% NRR, 88% GRR, and 91% GLR. We will continue leaning into our Payroll AIO strategy, as we expect that increasing Payroll ARR will further strengthen our overall company performance metrics.
