QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in the S.C.
- INSURANCE - Workers Comp and Liability
- W-9 FORM
- Billing information and Physical address
- At least 3 References from recent projects in the last 6 months
- We will need a list of any employees working and emergency contacts for all projects
- Lien release when requested for all payments $10,000 or more
- Review and Sign Contractor Agreement
- Review and Sign Job Site rules
- Review and Sign Payment terms
