Culver's, a beloved family-owned restaurant known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is seeking two highly skilled Managers to join our team. As a Manager at Culver's, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and loving work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate passion and leadership
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine smiling personality!
- Analyze sales and operational data to find efficiencies, reduce loss, and provide team member training and goals
- Efficiently conduct administrative tasks (i.e. scheduling, accounting, re-supply, health & safety, training, and guest relations) to maximize time on the floor with team members and guests
- Is a hands on, in-the-trenches manager. Masters execution and training of all team member roles and tasks
- Food Service Skillset is not enough; must be a culture fit with personnel and Culver's values
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
- ServSafe qualified
