Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule consisting of a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
- Dependable and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Brings a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
- Works well independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operational tasks with excellence for all designated stations
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food with precision, following Chick-fil-A recipes and portioning standards
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety protocols
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Participate in training by modeling procedures and assisting new hires
- Support efficiency by communicating with the front of house to meet guest expectations
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
