What You’ll Do
As the Senior Manager of Digital and Performance Marketing you will oversee all paid, owned, and earned digital channels — driving measurable results that contribute to both top-line and bottom-line growth. You’ll also be responsible for:
• Developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, CRM, email, SEO/SEM, social, and 3rd party delivery.
• Managing and optimizing performance across all third-party delivery platforms to drive incremental digital revenue and improve guest experience.
• Overseeing media planning and effectiveness by customer segment to ensure efficient audience targeting and spend allocation.
• Driving revenue growth from loyalty customers through segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Partnering with internal teams and agencies to deliver high-impact digital campaigns that align with business priorities.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and report on campaign performance and ROI; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with technology and creative teams to optimize websites, apps, and digital ordering experiences.
• Leading ongoing testing and innovation in digital channels to identify new growth opportunities.
