Jailbreak Brewing Co. is looking to expand its sales team!

We’re currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our fun, beer-loving family! As a key member in the company, this role will focus on growing brand awareness throughout Maryland territories, increasing volume through our distribution network, and seeking out new accounts and marketing opportunities. They will work with our management team and distribution partners to set sales goals and establish strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and growth projections. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of the craft beer market, an outgoing and personable demeanor, and be self-motivated. The position requires daily sales visits with current and potential accounts.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge and passion for craft beer and the beer industry
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales (craft beer sales preferred)
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management and wholesale distribution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers
• Must be 21 years old
• Driver's License (Required)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable driving on a daily basis to visit accounts throughout the territory
