As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with company standards. With plans to open more than twenty new locations, this is an exciting time to grow and develop your career with us.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations to maintain quality food, service, and sanitation standards.
- Coach, supervise, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
- Order inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Manage financial records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Management
- Recruit, hire, and train quality staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
- Develop a bench of talented individuals for future leadership roles.
Leadership
- Display a professional attitude and appearance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and vendors.
- Delegate tasks and resolve employee concerns.
Work Condition Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Positive interaction with guests and subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or 4-year degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of restaurant management or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and math skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and positive attitude.
