Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bread chicken to Chick-fil-A’s high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized breading station at all times
- Ensure product quality and portion consistency during peak service hours
- Monitor inventory freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste
- Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks as required
- Support other kitchen stations including fries, assembling, and food prep
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
- Follow Chick-fil-A dress code and operational policies
Qualifications and Requirements
- Reliable and consistent with a positive, cheerful attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe certification is a plus
- Capable of lifting 20-40 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 17 years old with Saturday availability
- Reliable transportation required
