Rover Oaks Pet Resort, one of Houston's most exciting Pet Resorts, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative.
Applicants must love dogs! The position will include greeting and engaging with clients and their pets, assisting with reservations, answering phone calls and client inquiries, data entry and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbals skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have previous experience in customer service.

On a typical day as a Customer Service Representative you will work with others on our team in our spacious lobby. You will assist clients who drop off or pick up their pets for Lodging, Daycare, Training and Grooming services. You will interact with clients by phone, text, email and in person. You will be able to pet fifty or more dogs and cats per day on average.
