Customer Service Representative/Front Desk

Rate of pay$13 - 15 per hour

Rover Oaks Pet Resort, one of Houston's most exciting Pet Resorts, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to help clients at our front desk.

Applicants must love dogs!  The position will include greeting and engaging with clients and their pets, assisting with reservations, answering phone calls and client inquiries, data entry and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbals skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have previous experience in customer service.

On a typical day as a Customer Service Representative you'll work with others on our team in our spacious lobby.  You'll assist clients who drop off or pick up their pets for Lodging, Daycare, Training and Grooming services.  You'll interact with clients by phone, text, email and in person.  You'll be able to pet fifty or more dogs and/or cats per day on average.
