Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to help us grow Truly Gone from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Use FieldRoutes software to schedule services, manage customer accounts, and track follow-ups
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to every customer
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent service delivery
- Keep detailed and accurate records in FieldRoutes for every customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in customer service
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Motivated by helping customers and contributing to a growing team’s success
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to jump in where needed
What We Offer
- $20–$23/hr base pay depending on experience
- Paid time off and employee discount
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
