Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you'll:

• Create mouthwatering dishes from scratch using our tried-and-true recipes for consistent excellence
• Adhere to our high standards of cooking methods, quality, and kitchen practices
• Expertly handle a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and veggies using top-notch kitchen equipment
• Ensure portion control and plate presentation are always on point
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work station while following sanitation and food safety protocols

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine passion for cooking and takes pride in their craft
• Can inspire and lead a team to consistently deliver top-notch dishes
• Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Brings at least two years of kitchen preparation and cooking experience to the table
• Communicates effectively in English
• Is comfortable standing for extended periods and can lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Is willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
