Senior Leadership

Director

Our Core Values

We believe in growing people, not just profits — creating a place where trust, teamwork, and excellence thrive.

• Trust: Built through consistency and integrity — easy to lose, hard to earn.

• Stewardship: We care for what’s entrusted to us — people, resources, and time — minimizing waste and showing up ready.

• Growth: We use the business to grow people. Every experience is a teaching moment.

• Teamwork: We’re a true community — celebrating wins, supporting each other, and rowing in the same direction.

• Hustle: We move with purpose and urgency. Productivity and passion drive us forward.

• Hospitality: Guests are always #1. We serve from the heart and anticipate needs before they arise.

• Excellence: We aim high. Good isn’t enough when great is possible.

Behavioral Expectations

We lead by example and set the standard for excellence.

• Go the Second Mile: Step in, help others, and leave things better than you found them.

• Always on Stage: Every interaction matters — stay professional, positive, and guest-focused.

• Assume Positive Intent: Believe the best in others.

• Encourage & Celebrate: Recognize wins in the moment — gratitude fuels growth.

• Be Humble: No task is beneath us. We admit mistakes, ask for help, and learn from others.

• Golden Rule: Treat others how you want to be treated.

• Own It: Take full responsibility — no excuses, no blame.

• Positive Energy: Bring optimism and momentum. Energy vampires need not apply.

• Act Wisely: Stay focused, think ahead, and keep gossip out of the mix.

Leadership Mindset

Our leaders lead with influence — not just authority.

• Attentive: Stay tuned in to the business and your team.

• Front-Side Mindset: Think ahead and plan proactively.

• Communicate Clearly: Be concise, efficient, and easy to understand.

• Coach with Care: Give timely, honest feedback and have the tough conversations that build people up.
