Back of House LEAN Manager

Rate of pay$22 - 24 per hour

Description:

The Associate Director of LEAN Operations will be responsible for overseeing Inventory Management and Food Waste across the entire restaurant. They will work with the Operations Director and fellow Associate Directors to develop LEAN systems for every process in the store, and manage Food Waste to bring Food Cost under target goals.

Requirements:

  • Work 35+ hours per week
  • 4 Days of open availability per week (including Friday and Saturday) - 1 year of leadership experience
  • Spreadsheet software experience (Numbers or Excel)
  • Work on your feet in a fast paced environment
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Able to work outside
  • 25-30 hours of in-store operations - 5-10 hours of administrative time - Lead a team of 30+
  • Strategic thinking

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability and discipline conversations
  • Inventory Management including: All truck orders, credits and transfers
  • Managing space, product quantity and restocking process to build a LEAN environment
  • Waste Management
  • Manage food waste initiatives and focus
  • Manage food waste tracking system
  • Responsible for food cost goals
