Talent Manager

Full-time
Rate of pay$22 - 24 per hour

The Associate Director of Talent will be responsible for overseeing Recruitment for the entire restaurant. They will work with the Business Development Director and fellow Associate Directors to manage and operate a successful recruitment department. Operationally, they will lead and develop team members in our Back of House department.


Requirements:

  • Work 35-40 hours / week
  • 30-35 hours in store operations
  • 5-10 hours of non-operational time.
  • Friday’s available and Saturday’s fully open
  • Two nights a week minimum
  • 1 year of leadership experience
  • Work on your feet
  • Lift 50 lbs

Examples of non-operational time responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent for all positions in the organization
  • Train and Develop the Interview Team
  • Review and refine interview processes regularly
  • Manage interviewees questions, comments, and concerns
  • Assess the business throughout the week and coach for performance
  • Lead accountability discussions
  • Develop team members and junior leaders in the organization
  • Plan and host team events
