Concession Stand Supervisor

Rate of pay$17 - $20 per hour


Summary: The supervisor performs various functions related to the operation of the Concession Stand for all scheduled functions for My Father’s Barbeque. The supervisor facilitates efficient customer service in the areas of concession sales and event service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversee event operations of the concession stand.

Assist with staffing schedule.

Assist with managing all food and non-perishable items.

Monitor and manage inventory of all event supplies.

Oversee day-of operations of the concession stands, which may include:

Opening procedures for stand operation

Training employees on all positions including to operate register, food preparation and order delivery

Ensure stand has proper displays and merchandise.

Close stand at event end

Perform end of shift procedures such as end of event reporting (client & restaurant), storage of supplies and food, and stand cleanliness.

Supervise Concession Staff – responsible for training employee, creating efficient and enjoyable work environment. Back-up during busy times for concessions.

Work closely with Client Concessions Staff for assistance with operations and events.

Maintain clean work area. Bring concerns and maintenance items to Administration Manager and/or Owners.

Ensure concession area has proper displays and merchandise.

Responsible for working all My Father’s Barbeque scheduled events and functions, including catering events as scheduled by the restaurant.


Hours may vary, depending on client stadium schedule and number of events scheduled in a month. Expect to work 30 –80 hours/month, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
