Requirements:
- 16 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail/restaurant industry.
- Ability to lift and carry 10-55 pounds.
- Work flexible schedule including opening/closing of restaurant and weekend availability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities of a Shift Leader:
- Supervise employees, assign duties, and create a shift schedule.
- Monitors team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
- Reports any issues that arise during the shift to management.
- Manages employee tasks.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Coaches team members and trains new staff.
- Opens and closes registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits.
- Handles customer issues and employee disputes.
