- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in shift management within a restaurant or fast casual environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is preferred.
- Background in baking is a plus.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
- Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
