Job Title: Social Media & Content Coordinator

Position Overview
Spinato’s is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who knows how to turn everyday moments into crave-worthy content. This role supports the execution of our social strategy across platforms, bringing our food, people, and family story to life through consistent, engaging content.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to manage day-to-day social activity, create and schedule content, and ensure every post reflects the Spinato’s brand; authentic, community-driven, and quality-obsessed.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution & Support
· Support overall social media strategy and campaign execution
· Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
· Manage daily community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
· Assist with Reddit community management and brand monitoring
· Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting
· Flag community issues, trends, or escalations.
Content Creation
· Write engaging, on-brand captions with searchable SEO in mind for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
· Proofread all social content for accuracy, tone, and quality
· Capture organic photo and video content in-store and at events
· Create and publish Instagram Stories and short-form content
· Develop TikTok content that aligns with trends and brand voice
Creative Production
· Design simple social graphics and marketing visuals
· Edit photos and videos for social use (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
· Assist with professional photoshoots and content production days
· Support creation of internal and external training videos
Brand & Community Initiatives
· Help coordinate and execute social-driven campaigns and promotions
· Support creation of social gift baskets and marketing giveaways
· Assist with Staff Social Club initiatives and internal engagement content
· Provide support and guidance to social media interns
Cross-Functional Support
· Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
· Assist with communication management needs as they relate to social
· Support light graphic design needs across marketing initiatives
· Support ongoing marketing and charity events
Qualifications
· 1–3 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
· Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
· Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social scheduling tools
· Basic graphic design, photo & video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
· Comfortable capturing content on mobile and editing in real time
· Understanding of social trends, especially in food/hospitality
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
· Videography and professional photography knowledge is a plus
· Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location brands preferred
· Must be physically fit enough to work at onsite events.
· Must be able to lift 50lbs without any issues.
