JC's BBQ & Grill is now hiring a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our successful team! As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. Restaurant Supervisors - Shift Managers are expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and team members alike to ensure the stability and growth of our business.
As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will:
- Screen and interview potential team members
- Manage restaurant team members work schedules
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served
- Monitoring the restaurants cash handling during shift
- Oversee all front and back of the house operations
- Train new employees and provide ongoing staff training and development
- Participate in weekly inventory, cost management and waste
- Ensure guest satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints professionally
- At times shift supervisors will act as a server, bar or kitchen team member to cover house shifts

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Open availability
- Strong leadership skills
- Full-service restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Decisive and critical thinker
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- If over the age of 18 - must be willing to undergo a background check
Additional Information:
Restaurant hours of operation:
- Monday - Saturday: 11am - 10pm
- Sunday: 10am - 9pm
