Shift Leader
Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

We're looking for reliable, energetic leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping restaurant operations run smoothly. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting your team, and setting the standard for success.
What You'll Do
- Open and close the restaurant following company procedures
- Lead and support team members throughout each shift
- Assign positions and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Count and balance registers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Train and coach new and existing team members
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Help resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance
- Communicate effectively with managers and fellow Shift Leaders
- Lead by example and help create a positive, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience preferred
- Restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
