What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Zaxby's standards
- Accurately assemble guest orders with speed and quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Safely operate kitchen and food preparation equipment
- Keep stations stocked and ready for service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory deliveries
- Help maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Work with a sense of urgency while supporting your team
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Eager to learn and improve
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work 12–40 hours per week
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
