At Noshery, you will have the opportunity to work with established, sought-out restaurants. You will learn how to cook, prepare, and use ingredients from a wide range of cuisines, including Vietnamese, Mediterranean, American, and Mexican. We are looking for a line cook to join the team at our food hall in San Mateo (Right next to Caltrain station). Your job will be to prepare ingredients and recipes to our specifications in a fast-paced but friendly work environment where quality control, timeliness, and respect for your coworkers are of greatest importance.
Wash and prep ingredients to our specifications
Cook meats, vegetables, and other ingredients as per our standards
Assemble final dishes
Package food for pickup and delivery
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and follow sanitization protocols
Check freshness and quality of food by tasting
Ensure the safety of our food through frequent temperature checks
Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health department protocols
Starting rate at $20/hr. With tips our kitchen team makes around $22/hr*

Ability to communicate in English
