Gris-Gris To Go Go Sales Associate
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—welcoming customers, processing transactions, keeping the sales floor clean and well-stocked, and fulfilling online orders as needed. Your ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail will be key in creating a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service
- Process purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and grab-and-go displays
- Perform daily inventory checks and restocking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Fulfill and package online orders for pickup or delivery
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Communicate customer feedback or stock issues to management
- Stay organized and ensure product displays and inventory are accurate and tidy
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic technology and POS systems
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Compensation:
$14-$16 per hour + tips
