Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

· Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service

· Uphold Freddy's 3 pillars Quality, Hospitality, and Cleanliness everyday

· Assist the general manager in the overall operation of the restaurant

· Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members

· Support the development of a high performing restaurant team

· Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

· Manage store inventory on a weekly basis

· Manage hiring and new hire training

Qualifications:

· 1 - 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager preferred

· Valid driver’s license required

· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

· Knowledge of food cost and labor control

· Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

· Moderate Microsoft Office skills required

· Experience with scheduling and POS systems preferred
