Position Overview
The Admissions Ambassador is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience that reflects our organizational core values. This individual will be responsible for daily admissions, annual membership sales, retail transactions, and general guest services at Great River Children’s Museum.
This position requires a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, family-centered environment and enjoys helping people feel welcome and informed.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Guest Services & Admissions
- Retail & Sales
- Phone & Communication Support
- Cash Handling & Administrative Duties
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- One year of experience in customer service, retail, admissions, or front-desk reception.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Somali a plus
