HVAC/R Maintenance Technician
We are looking for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team. We're seeking a highly skilled technician who can step into the role and confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of restaurant equipment and building systems.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, is comfortable working independently, and takes pride in solving problems quickly and efficiently. Experience servicing restaurant equipment is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical repair required.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and mechanical equipment.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment independently.
- Experience servicing restaurant or commercial food service equipment strongly preferred.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel between locations, including occasional overnight travel.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
- Lift and carry 50–100 pounds safely.
- Work in hot, cold, confined, and outdoor environments as needed.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
