Job Description:

• Provide our guests with an outstanding experience by meeting all their needs and compelling them to come back again
• Make beverage recommendations based on guests' preferences to enhance their drinking experience and increase our bar's profitability
• Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails
• Keep the bar clean, sanitized, and well-organized, ensuring it is always fully stocked

Essential Responsibilities:

• Take and serve orders
• Prepare beverages for guests
• Recommend beverages based on guests' needs and preferences
• Stay knowledgeable about alcohol, beer, and wine selections, as well as local beverage trends

Additional Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve drinks to bar guests
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix classic and innovative cocktails
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Nurture guests to provide an exceptional experience
• Make menu recommendations based on guests' needs and preferences
• Keep the bar clean, sanitized, stocked, and well-organized
• Always check guests' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• Bartending certificate is a plus
• Anticipate guests' needs and accurately follow drink recipes
• Proactively complete tasks and have strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
• Be a self-starter and have a willingness to ask questions
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and obtain Front-of-House-specific items
