What is it like to work at Cheat’s?ExpandCollapse
Put simply, It's really just a good time. Being in such a confined space, it is imperative that the staff and manager mesh and work well together. We are a family over there. We always say "The only way out is through". There are hours during a shift where we are getting crushed with volume and everything is fast paced. It's easy to feel the pressure but we get through it together, it's the only way it can work. When we have our slower hours, it is understood that no one just stand around without checking with their fellow employees to see if anyone needs anything. We also take dance breaks, listen to good tunes and try to keep it light. It's a great environment.
