Business Development Manager

Rate of pay$40000 - 50000 per year


Base salary (40K - 50K) + Commission Bonus, PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical Insurance (health, dental and vision); 401(k), 401(k) Matching, Referral Program and Paid Training.

Summary/Objective of this Role:

As a Business Develop Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation through cold calling and referrals, increase new customer revenue, provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers, and demonstrate the value and impact of CleanTurn.

The primary functions of this role are:

Sales / Revenue

  • DRIVE Sales: fundamentally the number one priority of this role is CLOSING opportunities for us to see the Vision become a reality
  • Manage new customers through the sales process: Contact, Walkthrough, Quote, Follow up, Contract, Onboarding with Operations
  • Meet targeted sales and revenue goals
  • Attend networking events to promote business and foster current and new business relationships

Proposals / Walk-Throughs

  • Manage administrative functions of proposals and contracts, including changes to existing contracts, while ensuring they are effectively communicated to our operations managers in a timely manner.
  • Provide estimates for potential commercial cleaning opportunities and follow up on those opportunities

Contract Renewals / Amendments

  • Responsible for renewing all current contracts and making any amendments to existing contracts
  • Communicate all customer feedback to Operations
  • Working closely with the Operations to ensure any challenges that need to be addressed or changes that need to be implemented for a renewal or an amendment

Sales Systems

  • Leverage technology to help create systems to streamline the proposal process and to better manage client relationships

  • Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Word plus Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar.
  • Ability to work five days a week with some flexibility; and occasional weekend and evening hours as needed to cover networking events.
  • CRM database experience is a plus
  • Experience in professional cleaning services and equipment knowledge is a plus
