Summary/Objective

As a Porter / Solo Cleaner, you are working independently and responsible for managing your assigned sites/clients.  

Job Functions

1. Works independently to perform tasks as directed 

2. Professionally addresses clients and delivers excellent customer service

3. Reports any issues, concerns or discrepancies to Direct Report

4. Responsible for accurate documentation of time worked, clients served and any requests/concerns throughout the day

5. Actively engaged in all staff meetings—coming prepared with a weekly update

6. Evaluates and examines all areas to ensure services meet established standards and are completed with appropriate time limits

7. Anticipates needs and establishes priorities and courses of action to meet objectives each day

8. Responsible for supply management, ensuring equipment and cleaners work properly

9. You refill and notify Manager of any products or equipment needs or issues

Requirements

1. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and high customer demand

2. Less than one year related experience or training

3. Attends weekly meetings with Direct Report and Managing Director

4. Ability to work 5 days a week, nights and weekends as needed

5. Strives to improve or meet a standard of excellence 

6. Valid driver's license and meets company fleet safety requirements or has a personal vehicle
