Seasonal Crew Member Information:

We’re hiring Seasonal Crew Members to join our team for the holiday season! This is a temporary role running now through January 5 — perfect for college students, holiday break work, or anyone looking for short-term employment in a fun, fast-paced environment. Must have open availability and flexibility.
As a Five Guys Seasonal Crew Member, you will be trained on ONE primary position: Bun Dressing, Grill, Cashier or Fries.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Store Location: 815 1 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, USA
Role: Crew Member: Seasonal & Standard Positions- Five Guys Gatlinburg
Hourly Payrate: Starting at $14.00 per hour + tips (extra $3-4 per hour on average) + weekly bonus potential

What you will do
- A little of everything- taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients.
- Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
- Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
- Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table
- Ability to connect with our guests- providing them with best-in-class customer service!
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not required.
- Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
- Ability to get to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time in warm and cold temperatures.
- The ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
