Beautifully set against a backdrop of mature, tree-lined fairways and large, undulating greens, Northampton Country Club provides not only spectacular scenery, but also offers a full range of services and facilities including a driving range, practice putting green, pro shop, and an inviting pool-side snack bar.

Here at Northampton we like to say that we are a "Family Serving a Family". We are a family friendly environment that promotes team work and cross training. Each department helps to ensure that their employees are learning the most that they can about their positions and our facility.
What are the perks and benefits of working at Northampton Country Club? Northampton Country Club does offer it's employees two meals a day (lunch and dinner) at no charge to the employee. These are served family style in our Clubhouse kitchen at the designated times. We also allow employees to play golf on Monday's when the Clubhouse is closed to the membership. In addition to those items we do offer PTO for Full and Part-Time employees, 401K Match and health insurance for Full-Time employees.
