Our owner-manager began his culinary career with his business partner in Curry HYUGA Burlingame. His passion for cooking led him to partner with his Chef partner from Japan who has succesfully introduced various Japanese food to Shanghai and Tokyo. He believes good food should be accessible, which has led him to bring Japan's favorite comfort food "Japanese Curry" created with traditional haute kaiseki style techniques to the wonderfully diverse Bay Area community with the opening of Curry Hyuga.

The management will ask your goal for working with us and we will try to help you achieve that goal. All legally guaranteed employee rights are enforced like no long hours without breaks. No matter how busy, you will get your breaks and leaves.
