Ava’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar, Theo’s Steaks Sides & Spirits and Hammy’s Hideout, is looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee our organization’s food quality and ongoing staff training procedures for Ava’s St Michaels location.
The Kitchen Manager role is a key member of the management team, reporting directly to the GM of Ava;s Pizzeria. The kitchen manager must be driven to continuously improve kitchen operations through small changes. Our goal is to make our kitchens more efficient and effective by fostering a team atmosphere, improving everyday procedures, ensuring employee engagement, and making kitchen staff’s jobs more fulfilling, less tiring, and safer.
