Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a talented team in bot the front of house and back of house to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage inventory and ordering to control costs to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in full service restaurant management, at least two years.
- Alcohol knowledge for purchasing and selling wine, high end liquor and beer.
- Experience in planning and executing large events and caterings.
- Serve safe management certificate and alcohol awareness certificate required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Schedule & Availability:
- Weekend availability required.
- Flexible shifts including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts.
