Hourly: $12.50 – 14.00 hour PLUS monthly BONUS and incentives

Sign-on Bonus: $500.00

Performance Pay: Ability to earn $17 - $20 per hour with monthly bonus/incentives

Location: Houston TX (515 N Sam Houston Pkwy E)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude

• Accept payment, work with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts, and structure payment arrangements when needed

• Work 60-80 accounts daily

• Comply with all state and federal collection laws including FDCPA and company policies and procedures.
