- TOAST POS Interface or similar
- RESY OS Table management system or similar
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Illustrator or similar
- ServSafe Certification or similar
- RAMP Certification
- Hospitality/Culinary Management Degree or similar

- Human Resource
Interviewing, onboarding, training oversight, employee encouragement &record keeping, policy/procedure implementation & enforcement, employment termination, job role descriptions & editing
- Operations Management
Opening/closing functions, station/section assignments, scheduling, menu updates/printing, inventory management, Alcohol Program maintenance, incident reporting
- Customer Relations
Direct Guest Interaction, social media, email, telephone calls, voice messages
