Buddy's Bar-b-q is a third-generation family-owned restaurant chain based in Knoxville, TN. Founded in 1972, Buddy's currently has 19 locations around the East Tennessee region. The Buddy’s Family operates with our original philosophy of treating customers as if they were guests in our own home. We treat our employees like family, also, with many of our managers and crew members having been with Buddy's for twenty or thirty years or longer. We value each and every employee and believe in promoting from within.
