Winter Park, Colorado is home to the restaurant group Down the Street Eats. At the moment, Rudi's Deli Winter Park, Rudi's Deli Englewood, Vertical Bistro & Tap, Brickhouse 40, and The Noble Buck are our five ideas and locations.


Situated 90 minutes from Denver, Colorado, in the ski resort community of Winter Park, the restaurant group Down the Street Eats operates throughout the surrounding area. At each of our locations, we strive to provide excellent service and delicious food.

Proficiency Required to Win:

  • In addition to having excellent organizational abilities, an eye for detail, and the capacity for effective communication, candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
  • Fundamental math calculations are necessary.
  • demonstrated ability to effectively handle several priorities in a hectic setting.
  • Respect and uphold business policies, procedures, and compliance-related matters; keep confidential information secure.
  • Weekdays and holidays included, a minimum of 32 hours each week.
  • Asana, G Suite, iOS, Touch, and some financial software experience on a computer is a plus.
  • demonstrable experience in developing team members and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to promote culture and principles while managing with knowledge, honesty, and integrity.
  • More than one year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Observe and uphold the regulations set forth in the Health Code.
  • Set and enforce guidelines for employees.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
