Rate of pay$15 - 22 per hour

Looking for a full time line cook who is has OPEN availability on weekends, (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) as well as the ability to work on Tuesdays.

Job Specific Requirements:

A Line Cook is in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work. They use specialized kitchen tools to prepare essential ingredients and create a finished product for restaurants.


  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare station for food service, (preparing sauces, chopping vegetables)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements and skills

  • Ability to work open to close shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
  • Culinary school diploma is a plus

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience in a commercial or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
