Position Highlights

• Understands and communicates the organizational vision, mission, and values.
• Creates a positive culture - Should be challenging, rewarding and fun!
• Provides the direction, leadership, and communication necessary to achieve sales results and
• operating plan goals for the store. Ensures the store Shift Leaders provide the same to the store
• team members.
• Communicates all shift issues, concerns, and needs to direct supervisor.
• Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance of store team members.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership behaviors.
• Train, coach and develop! Training, coaching and developing is like breathing, do it constantly!

Operational Expectations

• Assist with training programs for restaurant personnel, including new procedure rollouts.
• Assist with compliance for all employment-related policies, including but not limited to, policies
• prohibiting discrimination, harassment and other inappropriate conduct, wage and hour policies
• and child labor laws.
• Strives for the ultimate in store customer service experiences and impressions.
• Ensures stores have adequate shift coverage at all times, while adhering to scheduling and labor
• guidelines.
• Assist the recruiting, hiring and training practices to ensure quality of shop staff.
• Motivates and mentors team members on providing customers with product suggestions and
• information.
• Educate and engage the community and store customers on all of Teriyaki Madness' products
• and services.

Compensation

• $42,500.00 - $47,500.00 annual salary
• Monthly bonus, -subject to work performance
• Up to 1 weeks paid vacation each year after 6 months
• 5 paid sick days per year
• 3 paid Holidays—Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving
• Medical benefits including dental, vision, and life insurance are available
• 401K retire plan with 100% company match up to 4%
