Back of House Team Member

Rate of pay$11 - 15 per hour

Our Back of House Team Members are the crucial behind-the-scenes crew of our organization. By serving in multiple various positions our goal is to serve our guests quickly, accurately, and with utmost care. We pride ourselves on our people that have the heart to serve and are friendly and enthusiastic. This job not only makes the chicken but is a chance to create heartfelt moments with people in the community that choose to dine with us. Join us and help to positively influence the community every time you work! Our back-of-house positions include but are not limited to Breader, Sandwich assembly, nuggets assembly, prep, and fryer.   • Be available to open (able to work at 5 am) or close (able to work till 11 pm) two days a week. This doesn’t mean you will be scheduled every week, just that you’re available if needed.
  • No prior experience is needed, only preferred.

What are the working hours?

Daytime positions generally start and finish between 5 am-4 pm, depending on the specific position. Nighttime positions generally start and finish between 4 pm-11 pm, depending on the specific position.
