Summary/Objective of this Role:

The QC Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of quality control and providing administrative and staffing support to the Shift Manager. 


The primary functions of this role are: 


Assist with Shift Operations

• Assists with sending out teams during huddle/shuttle.  Be prepared to answer questions, make sure teams have supplies, and ensure that all teams get out the door efficiently.

• Works closely with Shift Manager and Team Leads throughout shift to work through any challenges and changes.  Be ready to be flexible and think on your feet to fill gaps and problem solve.  

• Attends new site walk throughs and make sure that new contracts are on-boarded with professionalism, clear communication, and a plan to complete the agreed upon scope of work.

• Keeps conversations and information confidential and only discuss within the management team (including C2C meetings, individual coaching, and management meeting content).  


Lead Quality Control

• Be the expert in the CleanTurn Way and hold all team members accountable to clean according to the training manual and training curriculum.

• Be the expert on all sites, making sure you are familiar with the details, expectations, and scope of each site.  Makes sure the team leads are accurately completing the agreed upon scope of work.

• Completes site checks at the established frequency for each site, using the QC checklist and rating scale. Provides Team Leads and teams with appropriate feedback to correct any issues.

• Works with Team Leads to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction, report issues to Manager.


Inventory & Supply Management

• Prepares and preps daily supplies/tools for teams to ensure teams have appropriate supplies/tools/rags/mop heads as needed for each site.  Check lockers to make sure they are stocked and organized.

• Takes inventory weekly and submit supply orders. Regulates the distribution of all supplies.

• Reminds and holds the teams accountable to weekly vacuum cleaning and car cleaning.

• Assist with laundry as needed



Fill-in for Call Offs 

• Assists on site as needed due to call-offs, special requests, complaints, etc. to ensure that our commitments to our customers are fulfilled with excellence.

• Takes advantage of these opportunities by QCing sites, ensuring that the CleanTurn Way is being implemented, and providing on the job training to team members. 

• Attaches work orders and keys on clipboards prior to start of shift, if needed.



Training 

• Provides ongoing, on the job training as needed to make sure teams and Team Leads are familiar with their sites and are providing services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Provides ongoing training and reminders to teams during weekly meetings, Team Lead meetings, and huddle/shuttle meetings regarding consistent/repeated QC issues that you have observed.

• Assists with new Team Lead training to make sure that new Leads are familiar with the details of every site.

• Upholds and encourage the company’s core values, policies and expectations.
