Your Role
- Assisting in installing HVAC systems in residential settings
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on HVAC units, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Learning how to diagnose and repair HVAC systems’ malfunctions
- Assisting in testing HVAC systems and components to ensure proper functionality
- Helping in ensuring HVAC systems are energy efficient and compliant with safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces or attics.
- Drug-free and able to pass a background check.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
