Job Overview

- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a backup for AP processes including invoice coding, invoice processing, and check runs. Will be involved in weekly AP processes to stay abreast of Tri-Arc’s AP process so that serving as a backup will be seamless
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all entities across multiple bank platforms.
- Support month-end close process and financial reporting process for multiple entities which entails creating journal entries, account analysis and account reconciliations as well as budget analysis support.
- Report responsibilities for our delivery business across multiple platforms.
- Maintain reconciliation of credit card statements against receipts/expense reports.
- Royalties reporting for all entities.
- Weekly Controllables reporting.
- Support annual year end audit process and any other audits that arise
- Support with all year end activities such as property tax listings, 1099’s, etc., boxing files and help box files and prepare filing system for the next year.
- Fill in for absent staff and assists with utility bills, and catering invoice processing as needed as well as cash sheets and answering phones when our receptionist is out.
- Help with clerical duties as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communicator and team player and with a positive, go getter attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) and accounting systems with a focus on excel.
- Regular and dependable attendance.
