Customer Experience Supervisor

Full Time

We are searching for a Customer Experience Supervisor to help launch a new division of the customer experience team. Our ideal candidate is people focused and eager to help deliver exceptional experiences to our customers both internal and external. Our candidate should have some prior call center, data analysis, and supervisor experience.


Customer Experience Supervisor Requirements:

  • Build and lead a team that responds to consumer questions and inquiries
  • Support the workload during high volume times
  • Collaborate with an oversees team
  • Analyze and report on key indicators for call center performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work cross functionally with other departments and support business initiatives as needed
  • Evaluate job performance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree preferably in food science, marketing, data analytics, or similar field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience and/or leadership experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills including listening skills, problem-solving skills, confidence, patience, politeness, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to deal with difficult situations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Manage and develop a growing team
  • Monitor call turnaround time, and performance of team
  • Oversee training of new hires and ensure that output from team is consistent from representative to representative
  • Develop and maintain high-standard relationships with internal and external customers
